Soupelli SMS Consent & Opt-In

Soupelli Indústria e Comércio Ltda provides customers and prospective customers with the option to receive SMS communications through an explicit opt-in process.

Users may opt in through the Soupelli website chat widget by voluntarily providing their name and mobile phone number. Before submitting the form, users are presented with two separate consent checkboxes. Both checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default.

Informational and Transactional Messages

The first checkbox allows users to consent to informational and transactional text messages from Soupelli, including requested product information, customer service communications, appointment and demonstration reminders, order and delivery updates, technical support, and other communications related to the user’s interaction with Soupelli.

Promotional Messages

The second checkbox separately allows users to consent to promotional text messages from Soupelli, including product information, offers, product launches, training opportunities, events, and promotions. Promotional consent is not a condition of purchase.

At the point of opt-in, users are informed that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Users may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

Soupelli does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-In Form Evidence

The image below shows the SMS consent checkboxes presented to users in the Soupelli website chat widget. Both consent options are unchecked by default and are displayed before the user submits the form.

The first optional checkbox authorizes informational/transactional communications. The second optional checkbox separately authorizes promotional communications. The disclosure displayed to the user states that communications may include text/call communications, possibly using automated means.
